The Balanced Scorecard, presented last week at the Board meeting, is our next phase of the “traditional” strategic plan that uses metrics to further define and shape our goals and objectives. On Wednesday, we hope to share with you the Balanced Scorecard idea and run through the different areas of the plan (print a copy). We encourage you to use the chat feature to ask us questions as we take you through the plan.

Please be patient with us…you never know what can happen with technology. But, if it works well (and our tests have shown it does) then we hope to expand these types of online educational offerings on a more regular basis.
