Congratulations to the Bolingbrook Park District who was announced as the Best Overall Communicator (population less than 100,000) in the 2007 NRPA Kudos Marketing and Communications Awards.  The award was given at the Opening General Session this morning in Indianapolis.  Kudos to Kim Smith and Kari Miller who were very instrumental in bringing home this national marketing and communications award.

At last year’s NRPA Congress in Seattle, this particular award was given to the Buffalo Grove Park District.
