I am curious to know how many agencies are seeing noticable declines in their athletic rec. leagues, i.e. baseball/softball, basketball, etc. Over the last ten years, our summer rec. baseball/softball league has seen an almost 30% decline in players.

Does anyone have suggestions or can share their story as to ways that a solution was worked out to “meet in the middle” with these independent teams?
