Last week, the Illinois Park and Recreation Association exhibited with the Illinois Association of Park Districts at the 93rd Annual Illinois Municipal League Conference at the Hilton Chicago.

Over 2,500 municipal officials from across Illinois visited the booth to learn more about the associations and the resources, education, and networking they provide. The majority of the delegates were from downstate communities and were either interested in or in the process of establishing a park district. They were encouraged to consider attending the Soaring to New Heights Conference to further their pursuits.
