Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2nd annual Park Pursuit hosted by the Illinois Park and Recreation Association. We really lucked out with the weather last Friday and were able to enjoy the beautiful Lincoln Park neighborhood. The course, which covered over 6 miles by foot, physically and mentally tested each of the teams. Participants needed to work together as a team, endure the lengthy course, and outsmart the other teams…all while having a great time! Congratulations to the Park Ridge Park District team of “Team Awesome” who was victorious in this year’s Park Pursuit.
