Student members of Illinois Park and Recreation Association (IPRA) have an opportunity to nominate a fellow student member to run for an officer position.  Elections for the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary positions will take place during the Student Section Luncheon on Friday, January 26, 2007 at the IAPD/IPRA Annual Conference.  Please refer to your conference program for time and location.  All students are invited and encouraged to attend this free luncheon to meet fellow students and professionals from each of the various sections of the membership.

Nominees must meet the following criteria: 

• Nominee must be a current member in good standing of the IPRA Student Section.
• Nominee must be able to carry out the duties and responsibilities (form attached).
• Nominee must remain classified as a student in good standing throughout the term.
