Ron: I couldn’t agree with you more that we need to get a handle on our profession and the lack of quality students selecting parks and recreation and therapeutic recreation for their career. We have been talking about it for many years and I look forward to figuring out what we can do NOW to make a positive change. I know that we talk about parks and recreation and TR as a career opportunity with our 200+ summmer day camp staff. I hope others do the same. Good luck in 2009 and thanks for stepping up to Chairman.
